Hi there! We met last night at Tacos Gringos. Wow, I'm super impressed with this blog, I'll have to try out some of the recipes! - Camille (very drunk girl eating vegan tacos last night)
I just discovered this blog.. I'm also a veganrican, so it was awesome to see your recipes, a couple of which I'd actually tried myself in the past. I'm really interested in hearing about your experiments with making vegan cheese (I've been experimenting with making my own seitan/mock meats, vegan cheese would be the next frontier to tackle).
